I have no hesitation in recommending Melanie. She is so insightful and experienced and totally gets to the root of the problem/issue quickly.
For me she has come up with strategies to deal with my issues which has been so life changing and helpful. I can't thank her enough.

I first met Melanie Taylor in 2011. I have seen a lot of counsellors & Psychotherapists, but after one session.
I knew this Lady was different and believed she could help me .Melanie is very kind, trustworthy and sincere but she can also make you work hard by challenging you and setting you new goals which at the time is really scary but when completed is rewarding.
Since I have met Melanie my life has changed for the better and even though I feel a bit better about things, I will continue still to work with her long term as I feel she is making a huge difference to my life and I believe I could not have done this without her.

I have seen Melanie on and off for a few years now. I have found her a extremely good therapist, she has helped me out a huge a amount. I have found her to be flexible, I have been able to stop and start my therapy as to cater for my needs which has meant I have come a long way since my first session. She takes an interest in you and pays attention to your specific needs and ensures you get the most out of each session you possibly can. I have seen a few different people over the years and I have found Melanie the most helpful to me. I would highly recommend her therapy services and will continue to use them myself in the future. I will even make the 30 mile drive to do so when I move to a different area shortly.

following our conversation during my last session with you, I have given a lot of thought to whether I can now go forward without my weekly sessions with you. I think that I am now ready to try on my own, using the invaluable strategies you have taught me and generally because I feel in a much better place mentally now, than I was a few months ago.
I am not under any illusions that this might be a temporary respite, but hope that I can now continue to make progress with the support of friends and family and my own determination! Rest assured should the path get bumpy again, I will have your card to hand and get in touch with you!
I would like to thank you so much for all your patience and help in steering me along this new path and giving me the strength, answers and techniques to understand how I got to this point and how I should go forward. I truely believe that I could not have done it without you there helping me to see that the feelings I had were OK to have, and natural in the process of finding a way forward.
Thank you again...

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help during the difficult time I was having, coming to terms with being "labelled" Bi-Polar! You really helped me see it didn't have to control my life.
You also helped me to stand up for myself more and become an independent woman again!
Keep in touch.
